"Let It Snow! Warm Up with Delicious Homemade Soups ๐Ÿฒโ„๏ธ"

It's here! The first snow of the season. While I write this email, my son is outside playing and I am planning the perfect soup to warm him up when he comes inside.

Here are a few of my favorite soups and stews to make when it's chilly outside.

Pork Stew with Apples and Sweet Potatoes

This Simple Pork Stew includes tender braised pork shoulder, mixed with some of the fall season's best produce. Delicious sweet potatoes, kohlrabi, and apples are served along with the pork in a rich sauce.

Bacon, Leek, and Potato Soup

This soup is like a fully loaded baked potato in a bowl of soup.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Roasting vegetables until they caramelize intensifies their flavor and adds an additional layer of rich flavor to this Roasted Cauliflower Leek and Potato Soup.

Dutch Oven Beef and Vegetable Soup

This Hearty One-Pot Dutch Oven Beef Vegetable Soup includes tender fall-apart beef, mixed with delicious vegetables, and served in a thick beefy sauce.

Slow Cooker Chili

This Hearty Crockpot Chili with Bell Peppers is the perfect blend of ground beef, kidney beans, green peppers, onions, and just a little spice. Top this chili with all of your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and corn chips.

Roasted Tomato and Herb Soup

Oven Roasted Tomato Herb Soup with Fresh Tomatoes includes vegetables that are roasted in the oven and then blended into a smooth soup.

Pumpkin Pork Stew

Pumpkin puree adds a rich creaminess to this Pumpkin Pork Stew with Black Beans without adding milk or cream.

If you have leftover soup I wrote this post on the Best Way to Freeze Beef Stew. It includes tips that will work for many different types of soup.
